Snapchat 'My Skin' filter is a project to increase awareness among millenials about skin cancer. The technolgy used is a Snapchat UV filter and teledermatology(telemedicine).
Simply taking a picture of your skin with the Snapchat “UV Filter” and paring with a teledermatologist, millenials will have a detailed skin health guide.
​
Also, partnering with Neutrogena, an expert in UV protection, skin damage could be prevented with their products.
